What started as a little matcha stall at the Markets in Brisbane, with a big dream and absolutely no idea where it would take me, has turned into something I still can't quite believe is real.
When I first discovered matcha, I fell in love with everything about it. The taste, the ritual, the way it made me feel. But I kept coming back to one thought. Why couldn't we have that same experience wherever we went?
My dream was to create a matcha that was just as convenient as it was delicious. Made with quality ingredients, without compromising on the things that matter. Something for people with busy lives who still care about what they're putting into their bodies. A little moment of calm, with the natural energy to take on whatever the day brings.
There have been so many moments where I've questioned whether I could actually pull this off. Building a business on my own, figuring things out as I go and putting everything I have back into a dream that, for the longest time, only existed in my head.
But I never stopped believing in what Moocha could become.
